GTS dedicated Operations Support Centre does just that. Upon commitment to an annual agreement, key monitored services are agreed and the OSC will create the monitored services.

That all important 'who do I call' is simple with our OSC. If there is a problem, our team will take and log the call, assess the defect and take the appropriate action.

As a highly proactive operation the intention is that we see the issues before the client, and the OSC calls them!
